NEAR THE JETTY.STAFF VERY HELPFULCOMFORTABLE ROOM

The worker so annoying and parking facilities so bad. Parking not available when I arriving at the hotel, when I want to check, the receptionist ask me for waiting for a while because she have to show another customer room means that this hotel also have a lack no of worker, when I'm going out, have one parking available and the other customer said to me to put something at the parking such as cone but the receptionist not give me the permission to use the cone and she ask me to waiting at the parking and ask someone in the car to bring my car without ask me who are drive the car and so on. I'm feel so angry and my voice little bit rise to the receptionist and I' m tell her that "masalahnya saya laa yg drive kereta tu, mcmana sy nk tgu kat parking nie" and I"m walking to take my car. Thankful to brother(other customer) that ask the receptionist to waiting at the parking and he can find his room by himself. Hope this hotel to find solutions especially parking facilities.. Thank you.

Very clean..especially the toilet.

There is no kettle.. So difficult for us making hot drink in this room.

Had everything you would need for one night in Perlis. Clean and walking distance from Jetty and local restaurants/shops.

Location. Cleanliness.

The hotel position just in front of terminal ferry is excellent if you need to take à boat early in the morning.

No parking in front of the hotel for the night. No long terme parking to take the Langkawi boat.Airco is very noisy and cold air is pushed on the bed.Hotel noisy.No view.

Near to jetty to Langkawi.. 2 minit walk..

Dont have Water boiler inside room.. Need to walk downstair everytime my both sons want to drink Milk tu pure with Hot Water with milk... Hotel should put 1 Water boiler especially the room for family.. It not cost much.. At shoppe only rm20-40 can get it.. The toilet door broken.. Expensive food Shop downstair..

The room quite big . The toilet was clean. Tv have Astro channel like Ria. Location was very good. In front of ferry terminal to Langkawi. Easy to find. Staff very helpful n friendly. I got nice view; i can see sea view and sea the sunsets too. I really love it. We really enjoy our trip to Perlis. Thank you

Its just hotel don't have lift. So i have to climb 3rd floor. Maybe difficult to old people or many luggage. And you have to bring own toiletries. In toilet just have soap . Nothing else ☺️

No breakfast included but the place just nice because nearest to jetty terminal and easy to get food just next to the hotel we stay.

The check out time should be more longer atleast at 1pm,because first ferry to langkawi island started at 4pm

Very close to ferry.Very close to hotel Putra brasmana where is a good breakfast for 10,60 rm per person.

No breakfast.We were in the same room 10 days ago and the same reading lamp by the bed was not functioning. Reported again but no response to do anything.

1. Location was just 2mins walking to the Ferry Terminal (exactly opposite of the Hotel)2. Parking space located in-front of the Hotel (Free)3. Friendly and helpful staff4. Easy access to local eateries. No need to drive, walking distance5. Surround with the Paid Carparks to leave your car before departing to Langkawi

1. Room a bit run down2. Room a bit small and cramped3. Once you move your car, a bit difficult to find back a spot in-front of the Hotel parking lots4. No elevators as it just 2-storey building

great location for getting the ferry to Langkawi literally faces the ferry terminal large bed and comfortable mattress only stay here if it’s for one night before getting the boat from the terminal, not for a holiday

room had a smoke/urine smell in it there was a wake up call from the guests before us still set so we were woken by the phone walls are thin so could hear other guests all the time

Great place to stay for those are planning to go Langkawi via ferry. Hotel really near to the terminal. Take only 3 minutes of relax walking can reach the terminal. Morning breakfast shop also beside the hotel for you to indulge before boarding the ferry

Dirty bedsheet & room not well maintained

The bedroom and toilet were clean and we did not have rashes from bed bugs after the stay. The room was cozy to accommodate a romantic night in, but we had to turn the lights off to set a romantic mood.

Having a dim yellow light would've given us a better experience. The toilet was clean but we had to get our own toiletries - though it's not a big deal for us having paid a modest sum for the room.

The location of hotel is quite good.

The room was not comfortable as the window lock has broke, air conditioner also no function well and the room also smells not good
